Parindey is a beautiful Bossa tune composed by the legendary Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy with lyrics penned by Javed-Akhtar. It was popularized in the movie ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.’ Shruti featured this Bossa arrangement of a Bollywood tune on the record to pay homage to the city where she grew up, Mumbai–the city of Bollywood and dreams.
